What We Are Looking For
We are seeking Operatives and drivers with traffic management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
All candidates must have experience in one or more of the following positions:

Scope of Role
Operatives will be working with both direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.
Duties Include:
- Setting up temporary traffic lights at required roads
- Managing traffic flow at temporary traffic lights, ensuring public compliance
- Reporting any necessary details to site or operations manager
- Being reliable, dependable, and demonstrating a strong work ethic
- Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings
- Maintaining and removing traffic management within required time scales
- Setting up traffic lights
- Assisting with the diversion of traffic
- Ensuring the team operates safely and effectively to achieve optimal output and meet quality standards
- Compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
- Knowledge and compliance with provided RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements)
- Assisting with the unloading/loading of materials
- Following safe working practices outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments
- Reporting plant and vehicle defects

Requirements
- 12D M5 Lantra Approved Qualification
- Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
- Right to Work in the UK
- Team Player mindset
