What We Are Looking For
We are seeking both Operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
All candidates must have experience in one or more of the following positions:

Operatives will be working with both direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time. Duties may include:
- Setting up temporary traffic lights on required roads
- Managing traffic flow at temporary traffic lights, ensuring the public abides by this
- Reporting anything necessary to the site or operations manager
- Being reliable, dependable, and possessing a good attitude to work
- Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings
- Maintaining and removing traffic management within required time scales
- Setting up traffic lights
- Assisting with the diversion of traffic
- Ensuring the team works safely and effectively to achieve optimum output and maintain required quality
- Ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
- Awareness and compliance with provided RAMS (Risk Assessment, Method Statement)
- Assisting with the unloading/loading of materials
- Maintaining safe working practices as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments
- Reporting plant and vehicle defects

Qualifications & Requirements
- 12D M5 Lantra Approved Qualification
- Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
- Right to Work in the UK
- Must be a Team Player
