What We Are Looking For
We are seeking Operatives and drivers with traffic management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following positions:

Operatives will be working with both direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.
Duties May Include:
- Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
- Managing the traffic flow at temporary traffic lights
- Ensuring the public abide by traffic management protocols
- Reporting necessary matters to the site or operations manager
- Being reliable, dependable and having a positive attitude to work
- Reading and interpreting CAD Traffic Management drawings
- Maintaining and removing traffic management within required timeframes
- Setting up traffic lights
- Assisting with the diversion of traffic
- Ensuring the team operates in a safe and effective manner for optimal output
- Enforcing compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
- Complying with prepared RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement)
- Assisting with the unloading/loading of materials
- Ensuring adherence to safe working practices, as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments
- Reporting plant & vehicle defects

- 12D M5 Lantra Approved Qualification
- Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
- Right to Work in the UK
- Ability to act as a Team Player
