Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience
- Consistently deliver exceptional service, ensuring every client leaves with a positive impression
- Warmly welcome customers, guide them through products, and assess their needs to create memorable shopping journeys

Store Operations
- Hold retail keys and maintain store security when acting on behalf of senior management
- Open and close the point-of-sale (POS/till) system accurately
- Perform stock checks by pair to maintain accurate inventory
- Organise the stockroom and uphold brand standards across all displays and shelving
- Keep the store floor clean, replenished, and visually appealing to meet shop standards
