Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience

    • Consistently deliver exceptional service, ensuring every client leaves with a positive impression
    • Warmly welcome customers, guide them through products, and assess their needs to create memorable shopping journeys
  • Store Operations

    • Hold retail keys and maintain store security when acting on behalf of senior management
    • Open and close the point-of-sale (POS/till) system accurately
    • Perform stock checks by pair to maintain accurate inventory
    • Organise the stockroom and uphold brand standards across all displays and shelving
    • Keep the store floor clean, replenished, and visually appealing to meet shop standards
