Resource Consultant: Mackinnon Bruce International: Manchester


Mackinnon Bruce International specialises in the recruitment of professionals across Chemical, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Clean Energy, Renewables, Technology, and Industrial Manufacturing.

The Role: What you'll be doing:

As a Resource Consultant, it will be your responsibility to support the day-to-day work of our experienced consultants in the Chemicals and Consumer Goods division within the Research team. The work and support this role will provide internally focuses on the candidate delivery of our key roles and allows the consultants to be outward facing and deliver on key assignments for our clients.

  • Partner with senior team members to conduct market mapping and manage talent pipeline initiatives for clients.
  • Coordinate the schedules of supporting consultants by efficiently booking and organising candidate interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Lead targeted outreach to potential candidates while actively networking within the industry to enhance market expertise.
  • Identify and attract top candidates, leveraging your own network to discover new candidates and potential business opportunities for the team.

Requirements: What we are looking for

  • Proven track record or strong interest in resource/delivery or back-office roles within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage confidently with individuals at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a team-oriented mindset that actively promotes company values.
