18T Delivery Driver
**Client Driver – CPC Certified New
Location: Nationwide (home working patterns) Salary: £16.80 per hour Contract Type: "Any 5 from 7" (flexible shift pattern, including weekends) Hours: 45 per week Core Responsibilities (Includes Additional Shunter Work):
- Ensuring customers maintain their stocks efficiently
- Loading/unloading goods from vehicles with accuracy
- Handling paperwork and stock checks
- Working alongside a delivery team to meet timelines
About the Role
Overtime opportunities available, with fully funded CPC training provided. Ideal for professionals seeking local, varied driving work with a dedicated team ensuring reliable deliveries across regional markets.
As a key member of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering quality service daily while building lasting relationships with our clients. Your experience will directly impact the seamless functioning of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload stock efficiently at distribution and client locations
- Complete all necessary paperwork with meticulous accuracy
- Maintain customer relationships by providing excellent, timely service
- Communicate order detail, schedules, and vehicle readiness to dispatch teams
Requirements
- Full HGV licence (Cat C/18T)
- A minimum of 2 years’ professional driving experience (delivery experience is preferred)
- Ability to conduct manual deliveries independently
- Strong customer service skills and high interpersonal competence
- Proficient in basic literacy and numeracy for document handling
