The Role:
1st Line Log and manage incidents via the service desk Provide remote and desk-side support Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, hardware and printers Manage users in Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Escalate complex issues appropriately
2nd Line Advanced troubleshooting across systems and applications Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD & Intune Assist with networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Support projects, migrations and system improvements Mentor junior engineers

What We’re Looking For:
Engineers from an MSP background who:
Work well in fast-paced environments Manage multiple tickets confidently Have strong troubleshooting skills Communicate clearly with users at all levels Are motivated to develop and progress
Experience With:
Windows 10/11 | Microsoft 365 | Active Directory | Azure AD | Networking fundamentals | Intune | Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V
