About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our busy IT department. We are seeking a highly motivated, talented, and experienced IT professional to complement our industry-leading Digital Team as an IT Systems Administrator. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will form an integral part of the IT Support Team, providing a first-class service to our business and ensuring the customers' needs are met in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have prior experience of operating in a similar role. They will be expected to provide 1st/2nd line support to the business by administering IT systems and implementing support processes and efficiencies using automation. Additionally, there will be opportunities to be involved in the technical delivery of projects which require a strong emphasis on security and resilience, showing a positive attitude and demonstrating initiative.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support and software configuration
- Provide telephony system support
- Liaise with people (both internal & 3rd party support providers) to facilitate the various support processes
- Local administration of LAN including DHCP / DNS / Firewall
- Deploy, install and configure Windows 11 clients to a standard specification
- Administer On-premise AD and Entra ID
- Microsoft Navision administration
- Microsoft Azure administration
- Office 365 administration
- Document IT processes and procedures
- Support project work which includes analysis, design, specification documentation, testing, and implementation
- Read and comply with all communications from head office and others to ensure necessary actions are undertaken for the pharmacy and customers
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Carry out any reasonable request given by appropriate persons
- Contribute to the company’s commitment to continuous improvement by forwarding your suggestions to the appropriate person
What Experience and Skills Are We Looking For?
Desirable
- Foundation professional training/qualifications:
- MS MCPs / Azure fundamentals
- ITIL Foundation v3/v4
- CompTIA A+ /IT Fundamentals
- MS MCPs / MTAs
- Fortigate firewalls
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics365 (Field Service/Business Central
- Knowledge of MS Navision

Essential
- Minimum 2 years experience supporting:
- Microsoft suite of products:
- Windows Desktops (win10 & 11)
- Windows server (2016, 2019 & 2022)
- Microsoft 365 suite: O365 inc. Teams, OneDrive
- Microsoft Azure administration
- Good knowledge of phone system administration
- Good understanding of networking including subnets, routing & diagnostics
- Good documentation skills
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Qualifications
- Hold 5 GCSE's including Maths & English at grades A* - C or equivalent
