2 Business Development Co-Ordinator's - Modular Buildings Rental and Sale
Based: North or Scotland
Package: Market Leading Salary, Bonus, Pension, Health Insurance
2 Business Development Co-Ordinator's - Modular Buildings Rental and Sale are required by our client to speak with and work with clients across the North and Scotland.
They are a well-established market leader within the Modular Buildings and Off-Site Construction sector, are instantly recognisable within this field and are well known for having a high-quality product range, strong innovation, strong culture and ultimately are very strong on design and manufacturing. They also have the ability to solve client problems and can devise bespoke solutions for their clients as they have experience of traditional build as well as modular build so they can offer hybrid solutions. They also feel it is an exciting time to join the organisation as the company continues to prosper even in these tough times.
They are looking for applicants with proven Proactive Business Development, Outbound Business Development or Customer Support experience in either Modular Buildings/Off-Site Construction, Containers / Temporary Accommodation, other forms of Off-Site Construction such as Steel Framing Systems, Concrete Systems, Timber Framing Systems or Bathroom Pods or in Traditional Build/Main Contracting or they may also consider applicants who have experience of selling a Similar Product into Health or Education. Alternatively, they would consider speaking with candidates who simply have good Proactive Business Development, Outbound Business Development or Customer Support experience.

The business is very well established and strong within the industry and are looking to develop business within the Education, Commercial, Living Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Infrastructure sectors so experience of these sectors would be beneficial.
Role Responsibilities
As a Business Development Co-Ordinator's - Modular Buildings Rental and Sale, you will be responsible for:
- Making appointments for the Sales Team
- Exploring new enquiries from new clients for the company's high-quality products
You will be judged and measured on how you handle those new enquiries, the number of calls you do and the number of quality appointments made for the sales team.

Requirements
You will possess a proven track record of Proactive Business Development, Outbound Business Development or Customer Support experience either within Modular Buildings/Off-Site Construction, Temporary Accommodation, other forms of Off-Site Construction such as Steel Framing Systems, Concrete Systems, Timber Framing Systems or Bathroom Pods or Traditional Build/Main Contracting or you will have experience of selling a Similar Product into Health or Education. Failing that, you will have experience of Proactive Business Development, Outbound Business Development or Customer Support experience in anything.
