Working just two days each week (14.8 hours per week), you'll join an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to delivering outstanding support in one of Bristol's highest-performing Sixth Form Colleges. [Actual salary of £10,486 - £11,118]

With over 1,800 students and an outstanding reputation for student support, inclusion and pastoral care, we're looking for a confident and experienced Student Mental Health & Wellbeing Advisor to join our growing Safeguarding Team.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll work alongside our experienced College Nurse, Safeguarding Team and wider pastoral colleagues to:
- Provide individual wellbeing advice, guidance and targeted interventions
- Support students experiencing emotional distress, anxiety and mental health difficulties
- Undertake risk assessments and develop safety plans
- Respond to students presenting in crisis, escalating concerns appropriately
- Promote positive mental health across the College through workshops and awareness campaigns
- Contribute to safeguarding practice and multidisciplinary working
- Help shape an inclusive environment where every student feels supported to achieve their potential.
