Business Administration Apprentice Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our London office. You'll be working primarily within our Admin team, and you'll support the varied teams at our King's Cross office including Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Fire, BIM engineers as well as Sustainability.

What might you be doing?

As an apprentice, your day-to-day tasks will vary, as we'll expose you to all aspects of our work so you can discover what suits you. You'll work on:

  • General office and administrative support.
  • Assisting and organising office supplies and equipment.
  • Assisting with setting up meeting rooms and maintaining tidy workspaces.
  • Supporting team communication and coordination.
  • Supporting the planning office events and activities.
  • Helping produce, format, and prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Provide cover on reception.

Training

Apprenticeship - Business administrator / Skills England

Provider - TBC

Additional learning support is provided in-house, and you will receive mentoring and supervision throughout your Apprenticeship.

You will receive one day study leave during term times to attend your apprenticeship training.

The typical duration for this apprenticeship is around 18 months and may depend on the previous experience of the apprentice and opportunities to gain the full range of competence.

What do you need?

  • GCSEs at grad 4/C or above, including Maths and English. Or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
  • Comfortable being on the phone and client-facing.
