About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our London office, specifically supporting our vibrant King’s Cross team. In addition to the Admin department, you’ll work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Fire, BIM, and Sustainability teams.
What Will You Be Doing?
As an apprentice, you’ll experience a varied and dynamic role, with responsibilities across:
- General office and administrative support
- Organising and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring tidiness in workspaces
- Supporting team communication and coordination
- Contributing to office events and activities
- Assisting in report preparation, formatting, and presentations
- Providing reception cover

Training & Development
- Apprenticeship path: Business administrator (Skills England)
- Provider: TBC
- Support: In-house mentoring, training, and supervision
- Study leave: One day per week during term times for apprenticeship training
- Duration: Typically 18 months, depending on experience and opportunities
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English—or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Comfortability with telephone communication and client-facing interactions
