Graduate/ Trainee Recruitment Academy – September Intake 2026

📍 London, Full-time

🚀 Start your career in recruitment properly this September

GH Engage is a privately owned headhunting agency, founded in 2019, with a sharp focus on Mission Critical, Data Centre, M&E and FM sectors across the UK, EU, and US. Since launch, we’ve built a reputation on quality over volume, grown to nearly ~ 50 exceptional consultants, and partnered with some of the most ambitious names in the built environment globally.

We’ve just wrapped our First Ever Trainee academy which ran between April- June.

  • 10 Seats = 7 graduates including 1 early graduation in under 2 months.
  • That’s not by chance.
  • It’s down to how we train, who we bring in, and the standards we set from day one.

And now we’re looking for up to 10 more ambitious trainees to start their journey in September.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
