The Opportunity
As a Graduate Electrical Building Services Engineer, your work will be central to designing systems that ensure safety, comfort, efficiency, and sustainability in buildings. You’ll play a critical role in:
- Lighting, power, fire detection and security systems that shape where people live, work, and connect.
- Projects across multiple sectors, including transport, energy, healthcare, and residential developments.

Our Ethos
As a global engineering consultancy, we unfortunately do not currently offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship due to the recent regulatory changes. Although, we strongly encourage applications from those qualified under other UK immigration routes, as long as they do not restrict a long-term career with our firm.

We assume a synchronous hypothesis that a lasting relationship is key, hence by choice, we do not pursue short-term roles under the Graduate Visa or other time-bound routes.
Candidate Specification
We are seeking bright and ambitious graduates aligned with our company’s core values. You will have:
- Recently completed a Master's degree (2024 or after) or be due to after this academic year across one or more of the following disciplines:
- Building Services Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Energy and Building Services Engineering
- Engineering & Architectural Design
- Less than 12 months relevant work experience (excluding embedded academic placements).
- UK intension to stay long-term: Due to the nature and sensitivity of project involvement (such as those tied to the UK Government), security clearance may be necessary. This means candidates will typically need to be a UK national or reside in the UK for a minimum of 5 years before applying.
Please include:
- (Project/Personal) statements detailing your interest in our projects and company values—whether it be recent modules read or participation in workshops.
- Any highlighting of your developmental skills over standard training requisites.
