Key Responsibilities & Opportunities
- Dynamic Role: Opportunity to help shape and strengthen community-based rehabilitation within an evolving care model.
- Service Development: Contribute to the redesign of current rehabilitation services to improve patient outcomes.
- Community-Based Practice: Flexible work required across community locations to deliver patient-centred care.
- Generally once every 6 weeks, some working shifts include weekends (7-day coverage).
- Diverse Patient Experience: Work with individuals of varying abilities and conditions, enhancing:
- Rehabilitation skills
- Problem-solving and quality improvement
- Collaborative workforce and service development
- Site Flexibility: Hosted initially at Astley Ainslie Hospital, but may move as part of service redesign.

Key Requirements & Legal Considerations
- PVG Scheme Membership (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) is a mandatory requirement for this role. Summary: If not already part of the PVG Scheme (either Child or Adult groups), you must apply for a Disclosure Scotland check ahead of commencement to begin the role.
