About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated General Practitioner to join our Practice Team, with 6 sessions available.

Role Overview

  • Salaried GP Position – 6 sessions
  • Full-time equivalent: 8 sessions, shared across 6 Partners and 5 Salaried GPs
  • Patient population: Approximately 10,000 patients
  • Training Practice for:
    • GPST1 & GPST3 Trainees
    • FY2 Doctors
    • Undergraduate Medical Students (4-year program)

Key Features of the Role

  • Protected wellbeing hour on Tuesdays
  • Therapeutic garden for staff use
  • Model BMA template with:
    • 8 face-to-face (F2F) appointments
    • 4 telephone appointments per session
  • Doctors meet daily at 8:30 AM for coffee and informal discussion
  • Protected Admin Time allocated weekly
  • GMS Practice with a focus on patient-centred care
  • Use of Vision and Docman Clinical Systems
  • Salary on NHS Scales, dependent on experience
