Recruitment Advisor Opportunity in East Region Recruitment Services
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the East Region Recruitment Services for a Recruitment Advisor.
Responsibilities
The Regional Recruitment Services Advisor is responsible for:
- Carrying out the day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Providing recruitment advice and solutions to service users on a range of recruitment process and procedures related enquiries.
- Supporting the Regional Recruitment Team Lead and Recruitment Services Manager in the establishment of processes and systems within the ERRS.
- Contributing to the NHS Scotland Recruitment Services agenda as necessary.
Location
We operate from a number of work bases primarily; Edinburgh, Livingston, Glenrothes and Melrose and can be flexible in the base the successful candidate works from. The role can be hybrid working with a mix of office and home, or office based at one of the ERRS sites.

This is a customer-focused role and requires the post holder to provide a friendly, courteous, and first point of contact service to those seeking employment.

- Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
- Experience working under pressure with the ability to manage their own workload dealing with competing priorities on a day-to-day basis.
- Competence in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Confidence in their ability to learn new systems.
