We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Neonatal Nurses to join our team at Band 6 level.
Applicants Requirements
- Hold current first-level NMC registration
- Have recent experience working within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Completion of the Neonatal Nurse Quality in Specialty (QIS) qualification is essential for this post
Available Positions
- Several posts available, both permanent and fixed term
- Consideration will be given to full-time or part-time working
Key Responsibilities
- Be a committed and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate a strong passion for delivering high-quality, family-integrated care within our Neonatal Unit
- Drive positive change within care pathways, ensuring the best possible outcomes and start in life for babies and their families
- Bring enthusiasm for improving health and wellbeing, a willingness to embrace and lead change, and resilience when working with complex family situations
- Strong leadership skills are essential to support effective service delivery and maintain high standards of care across the unit
- Work flexibly in line with the needs of the Neonatal Service and Family and Support services Directorate
