About the role
We are looking for a creative and versatile Game Artist to help shape the visual direction of our games from concept through to production.
This hybrid role combines visual development, game art, UI/layout design, mock-up creation, and AI-assisted content production. Working closely with producers, developers, and stakeholders, you will help define how our games look and feel, creating engaging player experiences across slots, casino, instant win, and casual games.
You will be responsible for translating game concepts and client requirements into strong visual experiences, producing layouts, mock-ups, artwork, and production-ready assets that support gameplay, usability, and player engagement.
Experience with Spine 2D animation, motion design, or similar animation tools is highly desirable, but not essential. We are happy to support the right candidate in developing their animation skills.
We use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate and are looking for someone who is comfortable using AI tools to support ideation, asset creation, iteration, and production efficiency while maintaining high creative standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
