About The Role
We are looking for a creative and technically minded 2D Spine Animator to help bring our games to life through engaging, high-quality animation.
Working closely with artists, producers, developers, and stakeholders, you will create polished gameplay animations, UI motion, feature sequences, and player interactions across slots, casino, instant win, and casual games.
You will be responsible for translating game concepts and creative briefs into fluid, engaging animations that enhance gameplay, reinforce player feedback, and support the overall visual experience.
You'll also have the opportunity to help shape animation standards and explore new techniques that improve both creative quality and production efficiency.
We use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate and are looking for someone who is comfortable using, or keen to learn, AI tools to support ideation, animation production, iteration, and workflow efficiency while maintaining high creative standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
