The Role: 2iC Drama
As 2iC Drama, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Support the Head of Drama in curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental development
- Lead on specific Drama initiatives, productions, or enrichment opportunities
- Inspire creativity, confidence, and performance excellence in students
- Contribute to the wider school community and Performing Arts events
