2nd Line / Desktop Support Analyst - Up to £45k - Central London - New

Due to a period of growth, a market leading organisation requires a 2nd Line / Desktop Support Analyst to join its growing support function. Suitable candidates will be comfortable being on site and will have the following:

  • Substantial experience of supporting Microsoft Windows environments including Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 7/10, MS Office Suite, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware and the ability to set up, configure, and rebuild workstations.
  • Excellent customer relationship, communications, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of network technologies, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN topology.
  • Experience in an ITIL and/or SOX compliant organisation would be advantageous.
