2nd Line IT Engineer – Hull
£30,000 - £35,000 + Excellent benefits
A well-established and growing professional services business is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to provide hands-on technical support and support IT project work. You will have a track record of providing 2nd line support for network, software, system, and hardware issues, escalating where required.
You will be joining an established IT team that provides support to almost 200 users across a variety of sites. As an IT Engineer, you will primarily work with Microsoft technologies while also assisting with the implementation and deployment of new applications and infrastructure changes. This role will be based in central Hull.

Experience Required
- At least 2 years of relevant IT Support Experience
- IT Project experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft 365
- IT Security technologies
- Windows 11
- Entra ID / Active Directory
- Exposure to Azure services
