2nd Line IT Engineer
2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Integral 365 | Knaresborough (Office-Based, Full-Time)
Integral 365 is growing fast, and we're looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team in Knaresborough. You'll be providing technical support to clients across Yorkshire and internationally, requiring adaptability, organisation, and a ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Role
- Provide 2nd line technical support, resolving escalated tickets from 1st line
- Work directly with clients to troubleshoot and fix hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues
- Support and maintain traditional networking environments, including:
- DHCP
- DNS
- Switching
- Routing
- VPNs
- Firewalls
- Support and maintain on-premise and virtual server environments
- Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, including:
- Device management
- Conditional access
- Identity and access administration
- Liaise with 2nd line/senior engineers for complex problems
- Maintain accurate ticket records and documentation
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture

What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Proven 2nd line IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments and common business applications
- Solid knowledge of traditional networking including DHCP, DNS, switching, routing, and server administration
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, covering:
- Device enrolment
- Policy management
- Identity administration
- Ability to prioritise tasks under pressure in a busy environment
- Exceptional communication skills for direct client interaction
