2nd Line IT Support Engineer (IT Managed Services)
Looking to join a growing MSP that genuinely invests in your development and gives you exposure to a wide range of technologies?
We’re hiring a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join an award-winning Managed Service Provider supporting schools and businesses across Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, customer interaction, and working within a fast-paced technical environment.
The Role:
- Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support across hardware, software, servers, and networks
- Managing helpdesk tickets through to resolution or escalation
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows environments, backups, and documentation
- Troubleshooting desktop, user, and infrastructure issues remotely and onsite
- Delivering excellent customer service and technical guidance to clients
- Working closely with vendors and third parties when required

What we’re looking for:
- Experience within a 1st / 2nd Line IT Support or Helpdesk role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS & networking
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- MSP experience would be highly advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
