2nd Line IT Support (Information Security Career Path)

Duties & Responsibilities
The role blends IT support, information security, and cross-functional collaboration:

- Provide bespoke 1st and 2nd line IT support to the Head Office & business units, covering:
- System support (including finance systems, infrastructure)
- Vendor coordination and issue resolution with third parties
- Security management & compliance
- Risk assessment & vendor management
- Incident response
- Work closely with the Head of IT Security & Service Delivery
- Contribute to projects across IT operations and security
Requirements
Successful candidates will have:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a 2nd line support role
- Proficiency in:
- Office 365, modern office tools, desktop environments
- Exceptional customer service skills, with experience in VIP-level support
- A strong passion for Information Security and a desire to:
- Build a career in this area
- Earn funded security qualifications via company training

- Salary: £39,000–£40,000 (per annum)
