2nd Line IT Support (Information Security Career Path)

About the Role

  • Provide bespoke 1st and 2nd line IT support to the Head Office & business units, covering:
    • System support (including finance systems, infrastructure)
    • Vendor coordination and issue resolution with third parties
    • Security management & compliance
    • Risk assessment & vendor management
    • Incident response
  • Work closely with the Head of IT Security & Service Delivery
  • Contribute to projects across IT operations and security

Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a 2nd line support role
  • Proficiency in:
    • Office 365, modern office tools, desktop environments
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with experience in VIP-level support
  • A strong passion for Information Security and a desire to:
    • Build a career in this area
    • Earn funded security qualifications via company training
