You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical incidents escalated from the 1st Line Support team. This involves investigating and addressing complex issues across both on-premises infrastructure, including servers and networking, and cloud-based environments.

Experience needed

  • Previous MSP experience
  • Solid End-user support experience

The tech stack will include: Azure, VM’s, AVD, SCCM, Hyper-V, TCP/IP and more.
