We're seeking a technically capable and customer-focused Support Engineer to join a collaborative team delivering IT support and project services to a diverse client base across Yorkshire and the wider UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining technical support, client-facing work, and involvement in infrastructure projects.
The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and assisting with the deployment and maintenance of IT solutions for a broad range of customers.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing remote and onsite technical support (2nd Line level)
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and infrastructure issues
- Configuring and deploying new equipment and devices
- Supporting IT installations and customer projects
- Working across a variety of Microsoft and networking technologies
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting:
- Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Windows Server
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft 365
- Networking including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, switching, and firewalls
- Ability to travel to customer sites across the local area
