Are you passionate about optimizing employee benefits programs and enhancing the total rewards experience? We are seeking Dynamic Senior Specialists to lead benefit operations in a fast-paced, global environment. In this pivotal role within People Services, you will be responsible for the seamless execution and administration of benefit and retirement programs, including health & welfare, savings plans, and wellness initiatives. Your expertise will ensure employees receive top-tier service while supporting the organization’s commitment to employee satisfaction and compliance.

What You Bring To The Table
- Proven experience in Benefits Administration or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of benefit plans, policies, and legislative requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel (including vlookups and pivot tables) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian or Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Darwin, or Ariel is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural and multi-regional teams.

- Operational experience in talent acquisition, payroll, or performance management.
- Experience within HR Shared Services delivery models.
- Knowledge of global HR systems and current benefits technology solutions.
- Coaching capability to build team and individual skills.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- In-depth benefits administration background, ideally within an international or multi-country context.
- Familiarity with regional employment laws and benefits regulations.
