Our client, a highly respected Legal 100 central London firm, with a top tier Legal 500 Contentious trusts and probate team, is looking for an experienced Solicitor! They are well developed in the space and known best for their high-value and multi-jurisdictional disputes. With a caseload that includes inheritance, wills and estates disputes, contentious mental capacity and court of protection claims, crypto disputes, stress testing, tax, and trust disputes, this is an ideal role for a strong and highly reputable London Solicitor from a tiered firm to step up to the highest level.
In addition to a high quality caseload, this firm is able to offer a highly competitive salary while maintaining a positive work/life balance, excellent progression up to Partner, and good hybrid working. They have very few (if any) equals!

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of high-quality inheritance, wills, estate, tax, and trust disputes and more, often with a HNW or cross-jurisdictional element,
- Assist and support mediation and litigated processes, resolving claims while ensuring client satisfaction,
- Assisting with the management and development of the team, including supervision of junior team members, supporting business development, and contributing to marketing projects,
- Working closely with team Partners on matters of personal development and the development of the team and larger firm,
- Developing relationships and building a personal network of clients,
- Track billings to achieve reasonable targets (circa 1300 h/a).
Desired Skills and Experience:
- UK qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE,
- Demonstrated track record of top quality contentious trusts and estates experience in a ranked Legal 500 team or top tier firm,
- Experience supervising junior legal professionals,
- Technically strong in advising clients in a variety of relevant matters,
- A team player with strong communication skills,
- Self-motivated with an interest in self-development.
