This role is perfect if you crave more than just a simple delivery job. You’ll:

  • Gain hands-on training to install smart-tech products, from washing machines and fridge-freezers to 4K TVs.
  • Get out on the road, interacting directly with customers, and turning their day.
  • Balance driving with customer care, thanks to comprehensive training in both areas.

Key Responsibilities

As part of this role, your core duties include:

  • Ensuring accurate, timely deliveries of products to customers.
  • Installing a variety of high-tech goods in homes.
  • Providing exceptional customer service—because we aim to make every interaction memorable.
  • Lifting and handling heavy items as part of multi-drop deliveries.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A full UK/European Vehicle Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • A genuine passion for customer service—you must love making a difference for our customers.
  • The physical ability to manage heavy stock and complete multi-drop tasks efficiently.
