3.5t Flatbed Driver | Woodlands Home & Garden Group
Location: Rodley, Leeds (LS13)
Hours: Monday to Friday - Early starts from 3:45am/4:00am
Pay: £12.80 per hour + progression based on skills

THE REALITY OF THE ROLE
Start times from 3:45am.
Finish times vary depending on the run, some days are longer than others (overtime paid after 40 hours)
This role suits drivers who are comfortable with early starts, not afraid of manual handling or heavy lifting, can handle changing days, and take pride in getting the job done properly.

What You Will Be Doing
- Collecting a pre-loaded vehicle and completing nationwide deliveries
- Delivering timber products and garden buildings to customers
- Manual unloading at kerbside with safety in mind
- Completing paperwork accurately
- Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring load security
- Representing the business professionally at every delivery
- Supporting basic on-site adjustments or repairs (training provided)
What We Expect From You
- Full UK driving licence (points considered)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Flexible mindset around working hours
- Good customer manner and professionalism
- Safety-first approach at all times
What You Get In Return
We offer a stable, full-time role with consistent weekday work and no weekend shifts. Pay starts at £12.80 per hour, with structured progression as you build skills, including opportunities to learn on-site repairs and increase your earning potential.
