The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of plant, tools, and accessories between Flannery depots and customer sites, ensuring excellent customer service, vehicle care, and adherence to company health & safety procedures. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive company 3.5t vans and pickups to deliver and collect plant, attachments, and accessories to customers and depots across assigned regions.
  • Safely load and unload equipment, including the use of tail lifts, straps, ramps, and securement methods; ensure loads are safe and correctly stowed for transit.

  • Conduct pre-start and post-shift vehicle checks, report defects, maintain basic cleanliness, and ensure vehicles are fuelled and ready for use.

  • Assist with loading and securing of plant when required, including basic wheel-chocking, jacking, or use of lifting aids under supervision.
  • Report equipment damage or incidents promptly and complete required incident/near-miss paperwork in line with company procedures.
  • Support depot activities during quieter periods, including:
    • Stock checks
    • Equipment cleaning
    • Basic workshop assistance as directed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on routes, vehicle utilisation, and customer interactions to the transport supervisor.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
