We’re looking for a hands-on operator to support the heart of our operations, confidently using 360-degree cranes and bailers to keep the site running safely and efficiently. You’ll handle lifting and loading, support daily yard tasks and carry out equipment checks to keep machinery in top condition.

If you’re safety-focused, proactive, and enjoy working as part of a team to hit site targets, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate 360-degree cranes and bailers safely and efficiently as part of daily site activities
  • Carry out lifting, loading, and unloading operations to keep materials moving smoothly
  • Work closely with site teams to support yard operations and contribute to overall site performance
  • Complete pre-use machinery checks, keep equipment in good working order, and report any defects promptly
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times, maintaining a safe and tidy working environment by clearing up spillages or debris, helping with the lubrication and upkeep of trucks and machinery, and ensuring safe conditions for yourself and others

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
