Operate a range of excavation machinery (mini digger, 360 excavator, etc.) safely and efficiently on residential and commercial sites Carry out excavation works in preparation for septic tank and wastewater treatment system installations Work closely with the installations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification Ensure all groundworks are completed to the required depth, width, and standard Comply with all health & safety regulations and site-specific requirements at all times Assist with backfilling, reinstatement, and general site tidying upon completion of works Carry out daily checks and basic maintenance on machinery and equipment Communicate effectively with site supervisors, engineers, and clients as required Represent Premier Tech professionally at all times

Required Skills

Proven experience operating excavation machinery in a construction or groundworks environment Valid CPCS or NPORS plant operator card (desirable) Full UK driving licence (essential) Experience working on residential or rural sites (desirable) Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and willing to travel, with overnight stays as required Good communication skills and a professional attitude
