360 Recruiter – with 80% focus on the delivery side

Location: North London (Finsbury Park) Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the Office / 2 days WFH)

We’re seeking a dynamic 360 Recruiter to join Brabers, our swiftly-expanding contract recruitment agency specialising in top-tier placements within the AI, Data, and Enterprise Software/Enterprise Applications sectors across the UK and Europe.

Three core capabilities are essential for this role:

  • Operating confidently in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Sourcing the right talent for the right position, efficiently and effectively
  • Building strong candidate relationships that generate referrals, leads, and market intelligence (this is the foundation of the role)

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Source and qualify top IT talent specialising in AI, Data, and Enterprise Software/Enterprise Applications
  • Conduct structured interviews, evaluate technical fit, availability, and candidate expectations
  • Build and maintain warm candidate pipelines
  • Assist candidates with CV optimisation and interview preparation

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary or secondary point of contact for candidates
  • Foster ongoing engagement to align with career aspirations and long-term needs
  • Actively surface opportunities for referrals and introduce candidates to relevant roles

Candidate-Led Business Development

  • Utilise your networks to generate warm introductions and leads
  • Share insights regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability with the team
  • Support the business development team through candidate-centric insights and initiatives

Brand & Visibility

  • Enhance your and the company’s LinkedIn presence with tailored content
  • Engage with industry-leading discussions to establish thought leadership

Data & Collaboration

  • Ensure CRM/ATS data accuracy and up-to-date records
  • Share pipeline updates and market insights openly across the team
  • Collaborate closely with demand-side and business development colleagues

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record
  • Strong communication skills—Natural empathy, credibility, and a candidate-first approach
  • Familiarity with AI, Data, or SAP markets (or enthusiasm to learn)
  • Comfortable conducting direct candidate conversations throughout the day
  • Required traits: resilient, organised, proactive, adaptable, and resourceful
  • Thrives in a small, fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to £35,000
  • Attractive commission-based earning opportunity
