At Care Response 24/7, we're looking for our next recruitment entrepreneur! We're seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our temporary staffing division.
This isn't about inheriting someone else's desk - it's about building something of your own. You'll have the full support of an established business with a trusted reputation, working alongside a team that already partners with hundreds of Health and Social Care organisations across Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
While experience within Health and Social Care recruitment would be a real advantage, we're happy to hear from successful 360 recruiters from any sector who are ready for their next challenge.

- Full-time, permanent position
- Office-based in Glasgow
- Monday-Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM
- Competitive basic salary of £30,000-£40,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped bonus

What you'll be doing
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
- Win new business through proactive business development
- Build and nurture long-term client partnerships
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Source, interview and present high-quality candidates
- Negotiate fees and terms while developing a strong pipeline of clients and candidates
- Grow your own successful recruitment desk
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role
- A proven track record of business development and winning new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A driven, ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- The motivation to grow your own desk and make a real impact
- Happy to be office based
- Able to participate in the on-call rota, providing support to our clients Monday through to Sunday out with office hours as required
