Hunter Philips is looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Contract Recruitment division.
Operating exclusively within the renewable energy sector, we partner with organisations across Europe, North America and APAC, supporting projects that are driving the global energy transition. As demand for specialist talent continues to grow, so does the opportunity for our consultants. Whether you're an experienced recruiter looking for a fresh challenge or someone with a strong sales background ready to step into a full 360 role, you'll have the autonomy, support and tools to build a successful market.
The role
This is a true 360 recruitment position, giving you ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle; from winning new business and developing client relationships through to sourcing specialist talent and managing placements. Working within a specialist market, you'll build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates while establishing yourself as a trusted expert within your sector.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across contract assignments.
- Headhunting and engaging specialist professionals across international markets.
- Advising clients on talent strategy and market insights.
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to successful placement.
- Building your own specialist market and developing a strong personal brand.
