360 Technology Recruiter (Senior-Principal)

What will you be doing?
- You'll take ownership of your specialist market, combining hands-on recruitment delivery with commercial growth.
- Build and develop new and existing client relationships across your technology specialism
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to candidate delivery and account management
- Develop long-term partnerships with senior technology stakeholders
- Identify new opportunities and grow your market through strategic business development
- Source and engage high-quality technology professionals within your specialist area
- Become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates within your market
- Work collaboratively with a team of specialist recruiters to share knowledge and drive success

Who are you?
- A proven 360 recruiter with experience within the technology recruitment market
- Operating at Senior Consultant level or above, with a strong track record of billing success
- A specialist within your market, with a deep understanding of your candidates, clients and sector
- Commercially driven, confident winning new business and building relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of your desk and market
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated by the opportunity to maximise your earnings and career progression
