3D Designer / Visualiser
About the Role
We're looking for a talented and passionate 3D Designer/Visualiser with a minimum of 3 years' industry experience to join our ambitious creative team.
At Triad, we're passionate about pushing creative boundaries and delivering innovative visual solutions for clients across a wide range of sectors. Working alongside our 3D Creative Director, you'll take ownership of your own projects from concept through to final delivery, while collaborating on larger, high-profile creative briefs.
This is a varied role that combines creative thinking with technical excellence. You'll be involved in developing concepts and storyboards, producing high-quality 3D models, environments, realistic materials, lighting, and supporting animation through to post-production where required. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving creative challenges and takes pride in producing exceptional work.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves creating outstanding 3D work.
You'll have a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality modelling, an understanding of lighting techniques, texturing and visual storytelling, together with the confidence to manage projects and communicate ideas and progress throughout the project clearly.
You'll be:
- Passionate about 3D design and emerging technologies.
- A creative problem solver with excellent attention to detail and conceptual thinking.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating and communicating effectively within a creative team.
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Confident presenting ideas and discussing creative work with colleagues and clients. Sketching is always a bonus.
- Keen to continually develop your skills and contribute new ideas to the team. You’re the new blood and will bring something to the team.
