3D Spatial Designer

Location: Manchester – Hybrid

Sector: Retail / Brand Experience / Creative Agency

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

We are working with a globally recognised brand to find an experienced 3D Spatial Designer to deliver innovative retail and experiential environments. This confidential opportunity sits within a dynamic creative agency supporting a flagship international client.

This position is perfectly suited to a designer who naturally thinks in three dimensions and enjoys transforming brand ideas into memorable physical experiences that engage and inspire customers.

The Role

As a 3D Spatial Designer, you will be involved from the earliest stages of the creative process, interpreting briefs and marketing campaigns into impactful spatial concepts. You will contribute to shaping how a global brand is represented across a variety of physical touchpoints, including retail activations, pop-ups, and permanent store environments.

Working alongside Creative Directors and multidisciplinary teams, you will help establish the creative vision, ensuring concepts are developed and refined through every stage of the project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
