Senior 3D Exhibition Designer

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire (Office-Based)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Reports to: Head of Studio

Working Model: Office-based with limited flexibility by arrangement

About The Company

Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established exhibition design and build agency operating within the upper-middle to premium tier of the live events and exhibitions market.

The business delivers high-quality, bespoke exhibition stands and experiential environments for B2B clients, working across exhibitions, live events, and commercial spaces. Known for its collaborative studio culture and strong production capability, the company works closely with clients from concept through to build and onsite delivery.

Due to continued project demand, they are looking to strengthen their creative team with the addition of an experienced Senior 3D Exhibition Designer.

The Role

This is a senior-level 3D design role responsible for delivering creative and technical exhibition designs from initial brief through to installation.

Working closely with Project Managers, production teams, and senior studio leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping concepts, producing build-ready design packages, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.

The role is office-based and suited to someone who values collaboration, pace, and seeing their work built in real life.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

  • Translate client briefs into creative, functional exhibition and event designs
  • Develop concepts using sketches, mood boards, and visual storytelling
  • Incorporate experiential elements and innovative design thinking into projects

3D & Technical Delivery

  • Produce high-quality 3D visuals, renders, and technical drawings
  • Create production-ready files suitable for fabrication and build
  • Ensure designs are commercially viable and practically buildable

Collaboration & Project Support

  • Work closely with Project Managers and production teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines
  • Attend internal reviews, client presentations, and project meetings
  • Support onsite delivery where required to ensure design intent is realised

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a 3D Designer within the exhibition or live events industry
  • Strong capability across creative concept design and technical drawing
  • Experience delivering bespoke, high-quality exhibition stands
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who works well within a collaborative studio environment
  • Full UK driving licence
