Location: Farnborough, Hampshire (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)
Type: Full-time / Permanent
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically strong 3D Designer to join a collaborative creative team.
You will be responsible for translating client briefs into compelling exhibition stand designs, producing high-quality visualisations, and supporting the sales process through commercially viable concepts and accurate cost estimates.
Working closely with Creative Leads and Sales teams, you'll play a key role in bringing ideas to life from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Visualisation
- Develop innovative 3D exhibition stand concepts from client briefs, sketches, and ideas
- Produce compelling renderings, floor plans, and mood boards for presentations
- Ensure designs align with client brand, messaging, and commercial objectives
- Present concepts clearly, using creative storytelling to communicate design intent
Project Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with sales teams to capture client briefs and develop design solutions
- Attend client meetings and contribute to concept development
- Manage multiple live projects, ensuring quality and deadlines are met
- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
Commercial & Technical Support
- Support the costing process using pricing matrices and internal systems
- Ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with budgets
- Apply understanding of build processes, H&S requirements, and onsite considerations
- Create supporting artwork for print where required

What You'll Bring
- Strong experience in 3D design within exhibitions, events, or similar environments
- Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray (essential)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and visualisation skills
- Understanding of exhibition build processes and technical feasibility
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to design within budget constraints
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Desirable
- Skills Experience Within The Exhibition Or Live Events Industry
- Ability to sketch or illustrate concepts
- Experience With Additional 3D Visualisation Or Animation Software
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
