3D Graphic Designer
Location: Kettering (Office-based then hybrid after probation)
Salary: £28,000
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, design-led business based in Kettering. With a reputation for delivering innovative projects and high-quality visual solutions, they're looking to welcome a creative 3D Graphic Designer to their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative environment where you'll work on a variety of exciting projects, producing high-quality 3D visuals and concept designs from initial brief through to final presentation.
The Role
As a 3D Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for producing engaging visual concepts and realistic 3D renders, working closely with the wider design team to bring creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 3D models, renders and visualisations.
- Create concept artwork and presentation visuals.
- Develop layouts and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Work collaboratively with the wider design team on multiple projects.
- Amend and refine designs based on client and internal feedback.
- Ensure all artwork is delivered to a high standard and within project deadlines.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:

- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience using Autodesk 3ds Max.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative flair.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
