RSHP is seeking a talented Visualiser to join our team.**
Working closely with the Head of Visual Communications, you will support architectural teams in developing compelling visual material to communicate design intent across all project stages from early concepts to final presentations.
Skills And Qualities
- Exceptional eye for detail, composition, lighting and design
- Strong technical foundation in 3D visualisation and rendering
- Dexterity and agility to adapt to varied workflows, software pipelines and project requirements
- Genuine passion for learning, exploring new software, testing plugins, discovering new techniques, balanced with solid, fundamental 3D skills
- Reliable, self-motivated and organised, able to manage time effectively both independently and within a team
- Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and contributing to an open, creative studio culture
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality digital content
- Create 3D animations and immersive 360°/VR content
- Support architects in producing 2D/3D imagery and visual assets
- Manage multiple visualisation tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and strong design quality
- Build realistic materials, lighting setups and atmospheric environments to enhance architectural storytelling
- Lead post-production and colour grading for polished, consistent output
- Interpret architectural drawings including plans, elevations and sections
- Model bespoke 3D assets and scenes for both interior and exterior visuals
- Set up cameras and compositions for strong photographic realism
- Convert project data into 3ds Max files for rendering and visualisation
- Capture site photography for CGI production and photo matching
- Collaborate with CAD, graphic design and model-making teams on presentation materials and competition submissions
- Maintain and expand the studio’s 2D/3D library of assets and materials
- Test, evaluate and integrate new CGI software and plugins

Qualifications
Preferred Skills and Software Knowledge:
Essential: Proficiency in 3d Max + Vray + Chaos Vantage, Forest Pack - Railclone and 3D modelling
- Skilled in creating V-Ray materials and lighting setups, with the ability to model architectural and environmental geometry when necessary
Advantageous: Experience with real-time rendering software such as Twinmotion, Enscape, Unreal Engine, and D5 Render

General: A keen eye for composition, lighting, colour, and design, with strong artistic and technical skills.

- A creative curiosity for emerging technologies and industry trends that could shape the future of architectural visualisation.
