Why join us?
At DWF, our Finance Systems team plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s global operations through innovative, reliable, and scalable technology solutions. As a 3E Developer, you’ll be at the heart of enhancing Elite 3E, a core platform underpinning our financial and operational processes. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals across Finance, IT, and Digital Transformation, delivering meaningful change in a fast-paced legal environment. With a focus on continuous improvement, this role offers the opportunity to deepen your 3E expertise, influence system design, and contribute to high-impact initiatives within a modern, forward-thinking international law firm.
Responsibilities
You will design, develop, and implement enhancements to DWF’s Elite 3E platform, working across a hybrid delivery model to meet business and regulatory requirements within the legal sector. This includes analysing functional and technical requirements, producing robust solution designs, and delivering high-quality development outputs. You will work closely with Finance stakeholders to validate requirements, support user acceptance testing, and ensure that solutions align with the operational needs of a global legal practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
