Job Description: Are you passionate about Logistics and combine a stragegic view with hands on mentality and a customer focusesd vision, you can the missing link we are looking for in our logistics network. The 3PL and VAL manager will set a vision , create a 3pl governance framework and implement it. What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities •Ensuring flawless collaboration with 3pl warehouses and Val service based on quality requirements (including an automated Kitting line) •Analyse process and initiate improvements to gain efficiency and simplification and cost-efficient way of working •Sets clear targets, gives feedback, prioritize work and evaluates team performance •Creating development requirements and initiating process improvement activities in the own responsibility area in alignment with Logistics & Supply Chain end to end strategy. •Daily 3PL issue management •3PL governance •Escalation management •KPI tracking & performance reporting •Continuous improvement initiatives •Inventory accuracy oversight •Invoice accuracy & validation Personal Qualities: Analytical and strategical leadership Ability to develop and implement vision based on group strategy IT-savvy, with a good understanding of Logistics systems; Data informed End to End decision making. Excellent communication skills, a true network builder. Proactive, results-driven, customer focused and motivated to make a real impact. Functional Knowledge: Fluent knowledge of the English langauage Knowledge of distribution networks and logistics. Experience: Min 5 years of experience in Logistics management and leading people.
