<h2>About The Team</h2>
You’ll join our JINGDONG Logistics team—a culture that values collaboration, ownership, and top-tier results. Currently, we are hiring for a new Onsite Coordinator role at our Birmingham Warehouse.
<h2>Job Responsibilities</h2>
- Cost Provisioning, Settlement, and Cash Reconciliation: Handle cost predictions, invoice reconciliations, and account reconciliations.
- System and Process Enhancements: Improve related system functions, optimize internal processes, conduct PDA version updates, and provide training.
- Customer Onboarding: Manage customer integration processes, system connections, solution planning, and coordination.
- Operations Management: Monitor operational KPIs in real-time, issue timely alerts, and coordinate with relevant logistics teams.
- Customer/Warehouse Liaison: Maintain daily communication with clients and warehouses, ensuring timely issue resolution such as:
- Order interceptions
- Shipping anomalies
- Pickup exceptions
- Contract and Quotation Support: Handle contract renewals, price adjustments, and service bid preparations.

<h2>Essential Requirements</h2>
- Fluent Mandarin and fluent English speakers essential (written and verbal proficiency).
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software.
- Multi-site travel is required as part of the role.
