**Business Unit: ** Operations
Main Purpose of the Role
To facilitate the order requirements of Warehouse & Transport Consumables and Warehouse/Transport Uniform Requests. Collation of Sales/Transport figures for KPIs. Fuel & insurance administration, including fleet maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Administrators are responsible for:
- Collating Warehouse Stats (for KPIs)
- Managing Consumable Pricing
- Fleet Maintenance & Safety Checks
- Fuel Card Administration
- Collation and filing of SOP, RA, FRA
- Inputting data to ERP

- General tasks include:
- Collating and submitting Warehouse Stats for KPI evaluation
- Filing and distributing RAs, SOP, and FRAs to appropriate managers
- Managing fleet administration tasks, including safety checks, fuel cards, and insurance requests for new vehicle hires
- Weekly material requisitions for Warehouse and Transport Consumables
- Conducting weekly stock checks for consumable inventory
- Processing Job Cards and holiday requests
- Inputting data into the ERP system to ensure stock traceability
- Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Procedures (SWPs)
- Maintaining and updating SOPs
- Supporting other teams as required, on a flexible basis
- Taking a focused approach on Health & Safety
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education & Qualifications
- GCSE pass in English, Maths, IT, or equivalent (desirable)
