3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer | Bristol (Hybrid) | £50,000–£60,000
We are working with a fantastic client who is looking for an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT Operations team.
📍 Location: Bristol
🏡 Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite
💰 Salary: £50,000–£60,000
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and working across modern cloud and on-prem environments.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing 3rd line support across server, cloud, networking and infrastructure environments
- Supporting and maintaining Microsoft Azure and Active Directory
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving infrastructure improvements
- Developing automation using PowerShell
- Managing backup solutions such as Veeam or Arcserve
- Collaborating with internal teams and third-party suppliers
- Ensuring infrastructure is secure, resilient and compliant
- Participating in an out-of-hours support rota
