3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer | Bristol (Hybrid) | £50,000–£60,000

We are working with a fantastic client who is looking for an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT Operations team.

📍 Location: Bristol
🏡 Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite
💰 Salary: £50,000–£60,000

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and working across modern cloud and on-prem environments.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing 3rd line support across server, cloud, networking and infrastructure environments
  • Supporting and maintaining Microsoft Azure and Active Directory
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving infrastructure improvements
  • Developing automation using PowerShell
  • Managing backup solutions such as Veeam or Arcserve
  • Collaborating with internal teams and third-party suppliers
  • Ensuring infrastructure is secure, resilient and compliant
  • Participating in an out-of-hours support rota
